Hello to all my wonderful followers! I apologize for the lack of recent posts. I received the proofs of my forthcoming book, Telegonos, a short time ago and have been working with the outstanding editorial team at Darkly Bright Press to polish the manuscript for publication. I am very excited, but it hasn’t left me much time for blogging. I have several posts in the development, so I thought I’d take the opportunity to share a preview of coming attractions. In the next few weeks, I’ll present a short meditation on the final imagery in Moby Dick and a review of Don DeLillo’s 2003 novel, Cosmopolis. I’m also working on an homage to the science fiction writer Cordwainer Smith and some thoughts on Horace’s Art of Poetry. So stay tuned!
